Shipping questions

Does Ace-Pak Products offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders of $2,500 or more ship free out of state, a single product or a mix.
Can I mix different products to reach $2,500?
Yes. The $2,500 can be one product or a mix of packaging, janitorial and safety supplies on the same order.
Will you ship a few cases out of state?
No. Shipping a few cases across the country is not cost effective, so we cannot fill small out-of-state orders. Around Indianapolis, local accounts can order smaller quantities for delivery.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the product and the quantity. Most products do not have a long lead time, so most orders move quickly. A custom item depends on its manufacturer, and we give you the timing with the quote.
