A quote comes back fastest when the first request already answers the questions an account representative would otherwise call to ask. Here is what to include, using the same fields as the Ace-Pak Products quote list.
List each item the way you would recognize it
For every line, give the product and as much detail as you have. A part number, a size or a brand you use now all help us match it, or bring you alternatives.
- What it is. For example, machine stretch film, a box size, carton sealing tape, can liners or nitrile gloves.
- How much. A quantity and a unit: pallets, cases or each.
- Brands or specs. Anything you need matched, such as a film gauge, a box strength or a liner size. Our guides on stretch film, box strength and can liner sizing explain the terms.
Say where it ships and when you need it
Give the full ship-to address with the ZIP, plus a suite or dock if there is one. Then pick a timing: as soon as possible, within two weeks, within a month, or just pricing for now. Pick one even if you are only comparing prices, so the follow-up matches what you need.
Local accounts around Indianapolis can order smaller quantities for delivery. Orders of $2,500 or more ship free out of state, whether that is a single product or a mix.
